Fresh basel dip

A very quick and easy recipe that can be served with meat, fish or just as a dip.

  • 1 carton of cottage cheese (natural) approx 500 grams
  • 1 dl nuts (any nuts thats that you like, hazel, walnuts etc)
  • 3 dl fresh basil leaves (parsley if you prefer)
  • 1 dl grated fresh parmesan
  • 2 garlic gloves
  • 3 tbls oliv oil
  • 2 tbls of water
  • salt/pepper

Just put all the ingredients in a bowl and use you hand mixer to mix it all together.

You should now have a nice green dip. The thickness can vary so just add a little extra water if necessary. Serve with carrots, cumber stick or what you prefer. Good luck and enjoy.
