Yoga at its best

Just back from my morning practice of Bikram Yoga. My teacher Joshua said something that I would like to share with you.

“Try during the whole day to think of your loved ones or someone who needs some special attention at the moment.  Send positive thoughts during the entire day. See what happens to yourself when you only think positive thoughts and that you think of people who are dear to you. See how much more energy this will give you during the entire day.”

Interesting. I am going send out extra thoughts to my whole family today.
