Humus

HummusI love humus of all kinds. So easy and quick. Use it as a spread on a nice slice of bread/crackers or use it as a dip. This is my quick and easy recipe.

  • 1 can of rinsed chickpeas (if time soak dried chickpeas the night before and then cook and  leave to cool)
  • 1/2 dl olive nice oliv oil
  • 1 tbls of water
  • 1 – 2 garlic glove (or how much you prefer)
  • salt/pepper + any other seasoning you prefer
  • grated lime or lemon
  • chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 tbls Tahina = sesame puré (some times I put this in)

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand blender. Put in a nice bowl, ready to enjoy.
