The other day I took a cooking lesson in vegetarian and raw food. Fantastic inspiration. And so simple. It’s all a matter of planning. I mean if you need to soak any beans you do that the night/day before etc. And just make sure you have some good herbs, oils, seasoning in stock. Here you can see some ” rice paper raw food rolls”. You just roll up what ever you prefer. Soak the rice paper for 30 seconds and roll away. Add a nice pesto made of nuts, cheese and parsley/basil or what you ever you prefer. Sounds simple or?
